Kellanova — ANC 2023

In 2023, I was given the opportunity to branch out of my usual workstream with the creative team at SGK in Baltimore, MD and work alongside the creative team that worked with Kellanova — previously Kelloggs — at SGK. For ANC 2023, a trade show that provides an outlet for food brands that supply schools K-12 with food items for students to explore supplier options, Kellanova wanted to create a booth space that would set them apart from the other brands participating in the tradeshow. With a large surplus of brands to represent, the creative team at SGK was given a challenge to represent Kellanova's hard hitting brands like Cheez-It, Rice Krispies, Eggo, Morning Star Farms, Nutri Grain, and the Kellanova brand. Using the different panels of the booth space, we developed a visual concept that surrounded playful doodle illustrations and handwritten type that was used as a colorful pattern that highlighted each brand as a whole unit underneath Kellanova. By incorporating some food photography that showcased various recipes curated by the Kellanova team and the different logos for each food brand, we developed an engaging space that was enveloped in color and fun. The pattern created was incredibly versatile and was even incorporated into some of the giveaway collateral for the representatives that attended the trade show.
